Return & Cancellation Policy

Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing spectrumsbysuzi@gmail.com.
Include the following in your email:

• Tracking number

• Pictures of the shipping box

• Picture of the damaged item

• Picture of the packaging materials

We will submit a claim through USPS on your behalf.

Classes

• No cancellations on the day of class.

• Class fees are non-refundable.

• If an emergency arises, please reach out by email or phone. We are happy to work with you to reschedule for another available date and time.

• This policy exists because spots in each class are limited, and cancellations prevent us from filling your reserved spot with another student.

• Rescheduling will be based on the availability of other scheduled classes.

• If you are registered for a pre-made kit, you will receive the kit you ordered to use in your rescheduled intro class, as all kits are prepared in advance with care.
