Welcome to Spectrums by Suzi! By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Products

All items are handmade. Slight variations in color, size, or texture are normal and part of the unique nature of stained glass art.

No returns or exchanges are accepted.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email spectrumsbysuzi@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

Tracking number

Photos of the box, packaging, and damaged item

We will submit a USPS insurance claim on your behalf.

2. Payments

We accept all major credit cards.

Payment is due at checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested and paid for by the customer.

All orders include insurance and tracking.

Free shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

$15 flat-rate shipping fee for orders under $100 in the continental U.S.

Made-to-order items: Please allow 7–10 business days for creation before shipping.

Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 3 business days.

4. Classes & Workshops

Class fees are non-refundable.

No cancellations on the day of class.

If you cannot attend due to an emergency, please contact us by email or phone — we are happy to reschedule based on available class openings.

This policy is in place because spots are limited and cancellations prevent other students from joining.

If you registered for a class with a pre-made kit, you will still receive your kit to create in a future intro class.
5. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, photos, and text, is the property of Spectrums by Suzi and may not be used without permission.
6. Liability

By participating in classes, you acknowledge the inherent risks of working with glass and tools.

Spectrums by Suzi is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from class participation or product use.
